I think a lot about the women who created work that defined American literature and then had that work credited to the men they loved. Anais Nin wrote and rewrote whole sections of Tropic of Cancer by Henry Miller. Scott Fitzgerald cannibalized Zelda’s life and writing for his own books. We have an obligation to create and tell our stories to vindicate the women who were cast as the muse when they should have been the creator. We can’t just be the wife of the artist, we have to be the artist

Раз уж я везде опубликовала, то напишу и здесь. И я дико рада вообще об этом писать, потому что мы с моей подругой готовили этот проект не один месяц и вложили себя в него целиком.

Я начала проводить по Стамбулу авторские прогулки. И у нас уже есть первые гости, которые остались в восторге!) Пока у нас три очень продуманных и крутых маршрута, которые отражают не только индивидуальность разных районов города, но и нашу собственную. Они про то, что мы так любим: про историю, книги, легенды, пыльные сундуки, крыши, кошек, белую эмиграцию, дворцы на берегу Босфора и всю эту местную романтику. Мы рассказываем о том, что по-настоящему любим.

И этот пост не про рекламу совсем (потому что мой блог не индексируется поисковиком как минимум). Просто потому что хочется об этом написать хоть в одном месте, где не начнут поливать грязью ( мы за полтора дня уже наслушались).

Это была самая плодотворная зима моей жизни, и закончилась она тем, что я почти счастлива.

И сайт у нас получился очень крутой caysimit.tilda.ws. и вот паблик в инста @cay_simit

Аттеншн!
Приглашаю всех, кто живёт в Москве или проездом на открытие выставки живописи нашего курса.
Этот ивент очень важен для меня, так как даже год наад я не могла себе представить, что мои работы будут висеть в галерее. Like for real. Благодаря курированию выставки  faitout, у нас подобрался цельный концепт, отличное пространство и даже диджей. Я хочу, чтобы как можно больше людей увидело наши работы, потому что то, с какой позиции преподаёт масляную живопись Паша Гришин я не видела ещё нигде.
